Думаю, переводить оба слова - бессмысленно. Что он имеет в виду? Он придумал способ, как заставить собственную идею "работать" внутри фирмы, чтобы она отложилась в голове у всех, сверху донизу. Для этого нужно ее сформулировать самым коротким, но при этом емким и внятным образом, приготовить что-то типа "макросов" (а вот и вариант перевода!), которые легко всплывут в голове у любого при разговоре с деловым партнером.
