Простите за глупый вопрос. Существует ли перевод ГК РФ?
Если да, то подскажете, пожалуйста, где его можно посмотреть.

Пожалуйста, помогите перевести: выход из состава крестьянского хозяйства ?
земельные участки общего пользования некоммерческих объединений?
Контекст: Например, земельный участок крестьянского (фермерского) хозяйства, при выходе из состава крестьянского (фермерского) хозяйства одного из его членов не подлежит разделу (п.2 ст. 258 ГК РФ) и земельные участки общего пользования садоводческого, огороднического и дачного некоммерческих объединений.

Article 258. Division of Property of Peasant (Private) Farm

1. In the event of the termination of a peasant (private) farm due to the withdrawal therefrom of all of its members or for other reasons, the common property shall be divided in accordance with the rules provided for by Articles 252 and 254 of this Code.
In such cases the plot of land shall be divided according to the rules established by this Code and land legislation.
2. The plot of land and means of production belonging to the peasant (private) farm shall not be divided if any of its members withdraws from the farm. The departing member shall be entitled to monetary compensation commensurate with his share in such property.
3. In cases provided for by this Article members of a peasant (private) farm shall be deemed to have equal shares in joint ownership rights to the property of the farm unless otherwise established by an agreement between such members.

Alex16, знаю, что это не совсем правильно, но не могу отправить Вам личное сообщение и не вижу Ваш e-mail. Тем не менее не могли бы Вы прислать и мне перевод ГК, сделанный Бейкер Макензи?
