Вначале идет пункт Credit Granting Bodies, Memberships and Duties,
затем - вот эта **Credit organisation**, к кот. относится:

 Establishes and manages the framework for the Credit approval process in SEB Bank,
 Makes important individual Credit decisions through its officers,
 Monitors and analyses of the credit portfolio and the adherence to credit policies and if needed propose corrective actions,
 Performs counterparty credit analysis, credit monitoring and real estate appraisal,
 Makes macroeconomic, sector and business competitiveness analysis of the Ukrainian economy,
 Makes the analysis of the Bank’s credit portfolio, the Bank’s asset and off-balance sheet liability classification and provisioning,
 Manages and participating in work-out and collection of problem loans,
 Manages and monitors the credit process in regions and branches and credit-granting subsidiaries.

Затем идет Management of Credit matters, опять Credit Granting Bodies, Memberships and Duties и Credit Authority.

И еще: не уверена, что правильно поняла вот этот пункт из Credit organisation:
Makes macroeconomic, sector and business competitiveness analysis of the Ukrainian economy.
Осуществляет макроэкономический анализ и анализ конкурентоспособности отрасли и предпринимательской деятельности в экономике Украины.
Т.е. competitiveness относится только к business, или еще и к sector ?

Credit Granting Bodies, Memberships and Duties
 The Credit Committee of Bank is the highest Credit decision-making body in the Bank, authorised to grant Credits to Borrowers of Bank according to approval authorities.
 An approval from the Board of Bank is also a prerequisite for the decision of the Credit Committee of Bank to be put into effect when Total limit amount exceeds 10% of Bank regulatory capital.
 The Credit Committee of Bank shall consist of the Head of Credits as chairman, the Head of Credit Department as deputy chairman and additional members as proposed by the Head of Credit.

После идёт вышеприведённый пункт Credit organisation.
Потом:
Management of Credit matters
 A Credit Committee (CC) constitutes a quorum when at least 2/3 of members participate including the chairman or the deputy chairman of the respective CC.
 Positive decisions always require the support of the chairman of the CC.
 the main principle in the Bank is that a Credit matter should be presented in and decided upon by one single Credit-granting body
 If the chairman of Branch CC or the chairman of Small CC is not supportive of a Credit, the Credit matter may be referred to the immediately superior Credit-granting body, if supported by the Head of relevant division.

Вы считаете, что в состав Банка входит ещё какая-то "кредитная организация" как отдельный орган? Зачем она там?
