Помогите ,пожалуйста, перевести фразу. Она встречается в след контексте "When my wife and I bought our condominium sixteen years ago, we signed a thirty-year mortgage. The salesman told us at the time, "Things change. People move a lot. Mortgages can be taken out for as long as thirty years, but they average only eight. At that point, they're terminated with the sale of the property."
