Subject: Submit substance to review process (in a document "Оценка нового химиката")

Hi all,

I need help in translating from American English to Russian "Submit substance to review process"
I am translating a document about approbation and approving of a new chemical in a paper mill. The problematic sentence is at the end of the document after all the check boxes have been "checked". The substance in this sentence means "химикат"ю

ИМХО - Отправить химикат на повторный анализ (или данные о химикате на повторную экспертизу)

There is actually any химикат to be sent somewhere, there is no concrete analysis being done, but this review, approval etc. is done by company (paper mill) specialists using computer (they are considering the substance's health, safety etc factors). Sorry, I just can't explain it better.
