Уважаемые коллеги, пожалуйста, помогите перевести фразу из сабджекта.Вот кусок текста, кде она встречается: Unless otherwise agreed by XXX and YYY, all fees and expenses, including the Success Fee will be payable in US dollars. Should a Success Fee be received in a currency other than US dollars the exchange rate used to calculate the relevant amount shall be the mid-point of the closing spread of the US dollar spot rate for the respective currency as shown in the London edition of the Financial Times on the business day that is two business days prior to the completion date of the Transaction. imho среднее значение спрэда (разницы между предлагаемой ценой покупки и предлагаемой ценой продажи) данной валюты по отношению к доллару на момент закрытия торгов |
