Invoicing principles
7.1.1 The Central Information Systems Services are classified by domains. Within a given domain, the Central Information Systems Services are identified by a function known as a sub-domain (NOTA BENE : no subdomain for 'work stations'); each subdomain groups
together various Central Information Systems Services which are offered in order to perform such function.
7.1.2 For each of such sub-domains, an applied cost known as an 'application base' so called 'unite d'oeuvre' has been determined in order to account in the best possible way for the use of the Central Information Systems Services by the Affiliate.
7.1.3 The share of the cost of each sub-domain to be invoiced to each Affiliate shall be determined on the basis of the ratio between the application bases proper to the Affiliate and the total number of application bases of the sub-domain involved.
7.1.4 RENAULT reserves the right to change such application base from one financial year to the next if another application base should prove more appropriate. In such event, RENAULT shall inform the Affiliate of the financial consequences of the implementation of the new application base.
