If the case is reopened in view of newly discovered facts or there are enforcement proceedings the Parties shall enter into additional written agreement which is an integral part hereof on representation of Principal’s interests during the examination of the case at the judicial instances, including supervisory authority. | The parties shall make a separate agreement, which shall be an integral part hereof, concerning representation of Principal's interests at various trial stages of the case, including judicial review, new trial [retrial] on the grounds of newly discovered circumstances, and enforcement proceedings. |
