первую часть нужно изменить начните с Should ABC fail to deliver... within... подождите, может кто предложит полный гладкий вариант (я с контрактами дела не имею...к сожалению) :) |
| In case ABC fails to deliver the currency within ____ days/months of the dates specified in the Orders (see attachment D), ABC agrees to return to DER all amounts paid under clause 4 of this Agreement and to reimburse DER for any (direct) damages/losses sustained by DER (as a result of any such failure by ABC). |
