Покупатель собирается купить у Застройщика недвижимость, которую он построит там-то и тогда-то. The object of this contract is sold as TRUE STATEMENT and by fixed price, and not per unit, measurement or number, and in consequence the Purchaser cannot claim the enlargement or reduction of the surface area, built according to the Project that appears on Paragraph 1 of the present contract or the plot where the property has been built.
