Subject: без применения к ней мер ответственности Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: Каждая сторона имеет право немедленно расторгнуть договор без применения к ней мер ответственности и возложения на нее обязательств компенсировать расходы и убытки другой стороны. |
