acting under the Charter- имхо лучше authorised pursuant to the Charter being the third party hereto, - этого в оригинале нет Civil Code - это только кодекс (ГК РФ), а в оригинале гражданское законодательство, что шире - civil legislation pursuant to existing Civil Code applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation - imho не оч хорошо, лучше - acting in accordance with the effective Russian civil legislation |
