Спасибо! посмотрите, пожалуйста, следующий экзерсис: 4. Payer jointly with Buyer shall be liable to Seller for due performance of the Agreement No and of the present Additional Agreement. Seller has right to demand implementation of the Clause 1 from Payer immediately without raising demands of it to Buyer. Плательщик отвечает перед Продавцом солидарно с покупателем по исполнению обязательств по договору№. И по настоящему доп. соглашению. Продавец вправе требовать исполнения упомянутого в п.1 настоящего Доп. соглашения обязательства от Плательщика непосредственно, без предъявления требований об этом Покупателю. |

оч. имхо: Payer and Buyer shall be jointly liable to Seller for due performance of Agreement No/# and this Supplemental Agreement. Seller shall be entitled to require sole performance/fulfillment/discharge by Payer of its obligation/commitment set forth in cl. 1 hereof making no such claim in respect of Buyer. |

Seller shall have the right to demand performance under section 1 above directly from Payor [without recourse to Buyer???] (without making a similar demand to Buyer). |
