advisors were not able to inspect parts of the vessel below blind tray No. 7. This includes blind tray central downcomer clearance, trap height, trap elevation from bottom of the blind tray, baffle installation and type of the 2” DF HC "SKIM NOZZLE" and Monel lining below blind tray No.7.
