Я перевела так - Методика испытаний гидростатического седла - правда no makes sense

А вот контекст

6 HYDROSTATIC SEAT TEST PROCEDURE
The high and low pressure seat tests shall be performed with the sealing surfaces clean and free from oil and grease.
For bidirectional valves the test pressure shall be applied successively to each side of the closed valve with the other side open to the atmosphere to check for leakage.
For unidirectional valves the pressure shall be applied in the direction indicated on the body except for check valves which shall be tested on the downstream side.
The test pressure shall be as section 7. After a 5 minute stabilisation period the test pressure shall be maintained for the duration stated in table

Методика гидростатических испытаний седла.
Это испытания седла клапана. Бывают еще гидродинамические испытания. А гидростатических седел не бывает, как и гидродинамических.
