Абзац из договора:

The Licensee hereby and with full title guarantee assigns to the Proprietor the entire copyright whether vested contingent or future and all rights of action and all other rights of whatever nature (including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Licensed Edition, Publicity Material and Support Material whether now known or in the future created to which it is now or may be at any time after the date of this Agreement entitled by virtue of or pursuant to any of the laws in force in any part of the world TO HOLD the same to the Proprietor, its successors, assigns and licensees absolutely for the full period of copyright throughout the World including all renewals, reversions and extensions thereof.

В ощем-то все понятно, кроме этого to hold. Как это можно перевести в этом контексте?
