Thaw the inactivated antigen samples if the samples are frozen. Use one cell factory (CF-10) per test sample. Observe all the cell factories under an inverted microscope to check the confluent monolayer. Open one outlet of a cell factory and drain the medium from the cell factory. Connect the cell factory to a sterile aspirator bottle with silicone tubing and an adapter. Add about 1260 ml of the test sample tio aspirator bottle. Raise the aspirator bottle and allow all the sample to enter the cell factory. Close the outlet and keep the cell factory horizontal at 35-37°С for 90 minutes. After this incubation, connect the cell factory to a new aspirator bottle and allow 2 litres of medium (10%) to enter the cell factory. Close the cell factory and keep it in horizontal position in an incubator room at 35-37°С.
