Subject: кредитный договор

Пож-та помогите перевести:

Залогодержатель имеет право:
1) удовлетворить свои требования из стоимости предмета залога путем самостоятельной внесудебной его реализации в случае неисполнения или ненадлежащегоисполнения залогодателем своих обязательств, обеспеченных залогом, в сроки, в сумме и на условиях, предусмотренных кредитным договором, а также при досрочном обращении взыскания на предмет залога по основаниям предусмотренным настоящим договором.

The Pledgee shall be entitled to:
1) satisfy its claims by withholding the amount of such claims from the amounts realized from the sale of the pledged item by the Pledgee itself and without reference to court, in the event the Pledgor fails to perform or unduly perfoms its obligations, secured by the pledged item, at the time, in the amount, and on the conditions stipulated in the loan facility, or also in the event other grounds herein prescribed arise which allow premature collection against the pledged item.
