Maestro International Incorporated has been licensed by MasterCard, and the Regional Maestro Entities have each been licensed by Maestro International Incorporated, to use and to sublicense the use of a special variation of the Interlocking Circles Device, which is comprised of the colors blue and red with the circle on the viewer’s left in blue and the circle on the viewer’s right in red (the “Maestro Special Variation”). The Maestro Special Variation is to be used only with the Maestro Mark.
