i really wouldnt know all the russian lingo to field a decent translation, however, i can try to explain it to u in english, and u will take it from there, ok? if one party violates the contract it can rectify the violation by saying to the other, hey, we will fix it, just send us a letter saying u understand we will fix it within 120 days of the receipt of this letter. and if everything that has been said so far gets accomplished, then any moves of either, or both, of the parties to cancel the contract will not be able to take effect and will not be recognized in the eyes of the law. tal'
