The seller may terminate this agreement forthwith and declare all sums payable by the Buyer to the Seller under this Agreement to be, whereupon they shall become, immediately due and payable, on giving to the Buyer notice in writing to that effect in the event that:

(i) the Buyer shall become bankrupt or insolvent or shall go into liquidation or enter into any arrangement or composition with its creditors or if a receiver shall be appointed over any of its assets
