Contestment Policy - оспаривание или отстаивание?
контекст: The Contestment Period is 45 days from the date of the Activity Report (Dream Sheet) or 2 months following the month for which the Activity Report is sent. For example, if the Activity Report is for the month of January, the Direct Distributor will have untill the last day of March to contest the reinstatement of late renewing distributors from his group. The Activity Report for the month of January is sent on Feb.15, thus giving the Direct Distr 45 days (until the end of MArch) to contest the late renewal with group. In North America and certain other affiliates, a separate column on the Line of Sponsorship Activity Report indicates those who have renewed late. This indication can be used for contesting the reinstatement.
