A textbook deals with theory, whereas a manual deals with concrete instructions. I would probably go with textbook. A manual is more like руководство по эксплуатации. For учебное пособие, you could try study aid. You could use tutorial if it has step-by-step instructions. A work book only has exercises and nothing else.
