Фундаменты ленточные бутобетонные из местного камня на бетоне марки «100». Горизонтальная гидроизоляция выполнена из 2х слоёв толя на мастике, по выровненной цементным раствором поверхности. Подполье в местах отсутствия подпольных каналов просыпано шлаком.

Foundations are girder and stone, out of local stone on concrete with grade “100”. Horizontal waterproofer is made out of two layers of roofing felt on bituminous grout, along surface leveled by cement mortar. Underground is filled with slag in places where underfloor ducts are absent.
