что такое NOS??

NOS в русской МКБ-10 = БДУ (= без дополнительных уточнений)

так что стоит, видимо, использовать аббревиатуру БДУ в таких контекстах

+ информация про еще одну аббревиатуру NEC:
NEC = not elsewhere categorized = не классифицированный (-ая) (-ое) в других рубриках = НКД (такая аббревиатуа встречается в МКБ-10)
