A common feature of such agreements is the use of a promise of a higher payoff in the future to deter deviation from the agreement in the current period. This “back-loading” of payoffs is a feature of agreements where one party has an incentive to deviate from the agreement, and is used to relax the incentive (i.e. no deviation) constraint of that party. An efficient agreement will thus have the property that the payoff to the constrained rises over time,while that of the unconstrained party declines over time. Вроде если отталкиваться от back-load (backload), то это как изветсно откладывать : The union agreed to back-load pay raises. Значит получается отложенное соглашение что ли ..? |

Разъяснение понятное, а вот как енто по-русски сказать.... должна же быть какое-то соответствующее русское название этому соглашению. Все равно большое Спасибо. |
