Subject: Мбхазимой Шилова???? Can someone help me with the English spelling of this man's name?The article I am working on calls him the Prime Minister of South Africa but as that position was aboilished sometime around 1940 I can't seem to find his name in English and don't remember what his position would be called. Here is the original Russian context: 18 июля 2007 года вице-президент ОРБ Игорь Зимовцев принял участие в состоявшейся в Торгово-промышленной палате Российской Федерации (ТПП РФ) встрече представителей российского бизнеса с делегацией из провинции Гаутенг (ЮАР) во главе с премьер–министром провинции г-ном Мбхазимой Шилова.
