| Either Party shall have the right to unilaterally/single-handedly terminate this Agreement if the other party is repeatedly (on three or more occasions) found in breach/violation hereof, which is proved [beyond doubt] by sufficient evidence proof. In such case notice shall be given to/serves on the defaulting Party/Party in breach no later that 15 (fifteen) calendar days prior to the intended date of termination. |

2 FIrina: With some minor correction below (in CAPS), you version will work. Also, I would say "the breaching Party" instead of "the defaulting Party." But you may leave "defaulting" if you prefer. No big deal. Either Party shall have the right to cancel the present Agreement in the event of repeated (three and more times) and duly documented material breaches by the other Party, provided that THE defaulting Party has been notified in writing as least FIFTEEN (15) calendar days prior to the intended date of termination. |
