Subject: расчеты между Сторонами busin.

Помогите пож-та перевести фразу "все расчеты между Сторонами быть произведены" в след. контексте:

При прекращении или расторжении данного Соглашения, все расчеты между Сторонами должны быть произведены в течении 10 (десяти) рабочих дней.

Мой вариант:
Upon the conclusion or termination of this Agreement, the Parties shall finalize all financial settlements arising here from within ten (10) banking days.

consider:
When this Agreement discontinues or terminates, the Parties shall settle their accounts [arising therefrom] within ten (10) banking days.
