I think your translation, in general, should work. But I would avoid using "republican" in this context, since to an American ear that may sound like a reference to a particular political party. Also, I have not heard often the word "agro-industrial." I have heard "industrial agriculture" only. (Of course, this does not mean the word does not exists, so if you are sure, by all means leave it in.) Also, I would consider shortening as follows. Just as a suggestion: This draft seeks to implement the President's executive order, issued at the March 5, 2007, republic-level agricultural meeting, regarding adequate supply of domestically produces fertilizers. |
