добавлю контекст: Each of the Vendors and the Guarantors agrees to use their reasonable endeavors to do such things and provide such information, assistance (including, in relation to the Employment pass procuring that the Company provides sponsorship), documentation (and the vendours and Guarantors procure that each member of the Group shall do all such things and provide all such information and documentation) as may be required to assist the Purchaser to apply for and obtain the Waivers and, in respect of the new Chief Executive Officer to be appointed by the Purchaser, an Employment Pass. |
