это тоже самое что и decennary [десятилетие], a less common word for decade может быть связано с десятилетним периодом действия документа? |

| речь идет о регистрации торговой марки. процесс длиться до 4 лет. вряд ли потом дают сертификат всего на 10 лет. но все равно спасибо за версию |
