Пожалуйста, помогите перевести сабж.
Контекста мало. Это преамбула договора.

Контекст:
(A) The Company is the owner of the Enhanced System Protocol (the Protocol).
(B) The Recipient wishes to be able to have access to the Protocol for the purpose of Designing, Manufacturing the Analogue Fire Detection System on behalf of those of its own customers who have the system installed in their places of business and for this purpose the Recepient wishes to have access to confidential information owned by the Company.

то есть в принципе имхо можно не переводить, написав "протокол ESP", по аналогии с компьютерными коммуникациями (протокол SMTP etc.)
