Subject: пжста помогите ЕМ will have a much more limited requirement for dedicated training facilities. If ЕМ decides to create a Graduate School (аспирантура)and a Skills Academy (академия навыков) to retain control and help ensure that it meets its shorter-term training needs, then it may wish to consider a longer-term exit strategy that would allow it to assign these facilities to a commercial or public sector education / training organisation.
