Subject: House of Quality и Quality Function Development manag. Уважаемые форумчане,нужна помощь: статья посвящена статистическим методикам оценки учебников по техническим предметам с помощью особых методик т.н. " House of Quality" и Quality Function Development. Непонимание вызывает следующее: Similar to construction of the house of quality for course planning there are five tasks in developing the text book evaluation planning house of quality as follows: 1. The course design features are transferred from the first phase to be the voice of customer (VOC) of the second phase. Нужно перевести вот это предложение под цифрой один. И вообще есть ли принятый специалистами термин, соответствующий "house of quality" Спасибо заранее!!! |
| House of Quality is a graphic tool for defining the relationship between customer desires and the firm/product capabilities. It is a part of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and it utilizes a planning matrix to relate what the customer wants to how a firm (that produce the products) is going to meet those wants. It looks like a House with correlation matrix as its roof, customer wants versus product features as the main part, competitor evaluation as the porch etc. |
