Договор не может быть расторгнут в течение первых 2 месяцев с начала действия без согласия Арендодателя

Мой вариант: . This Agreement cannot be terminated within first two months from the date of its entry into force without the consent of the Landlord

from the date of its entry into force - вот это мне как-то не нравится.

Во всех договорах есть термин - Effective Date - Дата вступления в силу. Cancel встречается в основном в словарях.

I'd use "may not be"

sounds clumsy, imho. Вот именно, что имхо. Я предлагал coming into force и becoming effective, стандартные фразы в данном случае.
Хорошее предложение Transl, *effective date* - kudos.
Насчет may я соглашусь. А вот насчет from высказывался как-то V, я думаю Вы ему поверите
