Subject: юристы пожалуйста помогите перевести. ну протсто ужас какой то!!! law Начиная с года, следующего за годом вступления настоящего федерального закона в силу, ценовые надбавки применяются с учетом их увеличения в соответствии с прогнозным уровнем инфляции, определенным в федеральном законе о бюджете на соответствующий финансовый год.

Тут не юристы, а грамматисты нужны... Я могу только с конца: in accordance with projected inflation rates defined in the federal law on the budget (м.б., с заглавных букв?) for the respective financial (fiscal) year. Пусть кто-то, кто владеет языком, переведет начало - effective from the year following the year when this Federal Law comes into force....,,, |

как вариант Commencing on the year following the year when the federal bill/act entered into force, the extra prices are applied in accordance with their increase pursuant to the level of inflation forecast set forth in the federal bill/act on budged for appropriate financial year. |

Как вариант: Starting from the year immediately after the year in which this Federal Law took effect, price markups shall be adjusted for inflation as per the prognosticated inflation rates, stated in the Federal Law “On budget” for the relevant fiscal year. |
