ну это из статьи из financial times а смысл-то в чем? чего вообще в этом предложении сказать хотели - что эта оценка проводилась для консервативных предпринимателей, которые не уделяли должного внимания рискам??? |

Если this относится к the OECD evaluation, а не к чему-то иному (например, к borrowed money from the bank under the government loan guarantee scheme) в Вашем тексте, то тогда - [они] посчитали, пришли к выводу, что эта самая government loan guarantee scheme и поможет выживанию и подпитке консервативных в финансовом отношении предпринимателей... Так, по-моему. |
