Subject: readings As you know, there are two readings of Section 28.3 (a) of the PSA, one based on the understanding that "capital Costs" in this section are defined on the basis of both of Sections 28.2(f)(ii) and (iii) (the "Contracting Companies' Reading") and the other based on the understanding that in section 28.3(a) Capital Costs are defined only in accordance with Section 28.2{fl{ii} (the "Tax Authority Reading").
