Subject: определять дальнейшую юридическую судьбу Договора. Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.определять дальнейшую юридическую судьбу Договора. Слово встречается в следующем контексте:В случае если обстоятельства, предусмотренные настоящей статьей, длятся более 3-х месяцев, Стороны совместно определят дальнейшую юридическую судьбу настоящего Договора. Заранее спасибо |

| Should the circumstances described/referred to in this clause persist for more than 3 months the parties shall jointly decide on how to proceed with this Agreement. IMHO |

| А почему бы просто не написать: determine the legal fate of the Agreement? Не стоит все усложнять без нужды. |
| Все таки режет глаз fate в этом контексте, хотя может я и не прав. Я бы лучше написал decide what to do about the agreement; decide on future performance or termination of the agreement |
