Subject: whatsoever incurred or suffered by law "A" shall be liable for and will fully indemnify and keep indemnified Aricom on demand against any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, legal costs, professional and other expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by "B" arising out of any dispute or contractual, tortious or other claims or proceedings brought against "B" by a third party in any way connected with "A"s ownership, use or operation of Licensed Intellectual Property or Deliverables provided by "A" to "B" under this Agreement.спасиб
