Subject: разглашение информации - помогите разобраться Пожалуйста, помогите разобраться. Я правильно поняла конец предложения?...если ранее не было предоставлено письменное согласие на разглашение такой информации, и такая Сторона проинструктировала ... предоставить информацию.
Not disclose to any person (including without limitation customers or competitors of either Party or its subsidiaries, but not including any person whose approval is required to consummate the Transaction) either the fact that discussions regarding a possible transaction are taking place or other facts with respect to such discussions, including the status thereof, unless the other Party has given its prior written consent to such disclosure, and direct its employees, representatives, agents, accountants, attorneys, etc., having knowledge of the subject matter of this Letter Agreement or any Confidential Information not to make such disclosure.Заранее спасибо
