Subject: Договор Уважаемые переводчики!Возникли трудности с переводом следующего пункта договора: Настоящим договором устанавливается, что Исполнитель осуществляет поставку и обработку материалов, касающихся экономического состояния Заказчика, как предоставленных последним, так и непосредственно имеющихся в собственном распоряжении. Свой вариант, но очень рыхлый и корявый: The present Agreement establishs that the Executor carries out delivering and processing of materials concerning the economic condition of the Customer both provided the last and having directly at his disposal. Буду признателен за любой комментарий. |

denikin, не переживай, ведь, судя по этому фрагменту, составляла контракт буфетчица или, на худой конец, прораб. It is hereby established/stipulated that the Contractor shall deliver and process the materials related to the state of the Customer's business, both those submitted by the latter and those directly available to the Contractor. ("to it" instead of "to the contractor" better be avoided to prevent confusion). |
