"Compartment means a distinct and segregated part of the assets and liabilities of the Company within the meaning of Article 5 of the Securitisation Law and to which Assets are allocated from time to time.

Compartment Shareholders means the holder of Compartment Shares from time to time.

Compartment Shares means any shares issued by the Company from time to time within a specific Class and in relation to a specific Compartment, and having the rights provided fro in the relevant Appendix."
