“Emerging Markets Securities” means any securities save those issued by an issuer which is not at the time of issue incorporated or resident in one of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America, or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
