| Да, что-то близкое. Вроде такая штука попадается в Инете и похожа на термин. Такой пример нашел: In light of our experience of other insurers in run-off, the very act of going into run-off could lead to a rapid crystallization of claims which would increase the likelihood of the solvency requirements being breached. И еще: Whilst adjudication provides a speedier route to recovery than other methods of enforcement, the process still requires a proof of default and "crystallisation" of loss in order to provide a claim on the surety. Похоже, что во втором примере proof и crystallisation почти синонимы, только этот crystallisation более точен. |

Очевидно, термин именно из этой оперы - вот еще примерчик. , however, specified events (usually associated with financial difficulty on the part of the debtor) occur, the creditor is able to reinforce his position by causing the floating charge to become fixed on particular assets. This process is called "crystallization." On crystallization, the floating charge ceases to hover; it descends and fastens upon whatever applicable assets the debtor owns at that time. | Если это еще актуально... :-) Есть подозрение, что в виду имеется что-то вроде "формулирование исковых заявлений", "формулировка исков" и.т.п - т.е. выданный заказчиком поток сознания оформляется в документ с учетом всех процессуальных тонкостей. |
| To Tollmuch: перевод уже сдан, но вопрос по-прежнему актуален, потому что я в своем варианте не совсем уверен и нет гарантии, что эта кристаллизация не попадется еще раз, а потом еще много раз. Поэтому спасибо. Буду на досуге разбираться со всеми предложенными вариантами :-) |

а вот у меня этот же термин встречается в банковской гарантии. The guarantor msy crystallise the relevant Guarantor's liability by giving to the Lender three months notice in writing - то есть Гарант может выполнить обязательство Гаранта путем направления заемщика письменного уведомления за три месяца??? А соответственно crystallisation - это исполнение? |
