I am sending you the copy of the letter of invitation which was sent to the
Embassy yesterday by TNT. Consignment note number is GD 729 363 694 WW. It
was also sent to you by fax.

Что за TNT. письмо из Норвегии может быть что то с этим связано?
и что за Consignment note number -есть варианты но хочу услышать ваши,

TNT - курьерская авиапочта (типа FedEх, DHL). Consignment note (еще встречается airway bill) - регистрационный номер отправления (для отслеживания письма/посылки по телефону или через сайт курьерской компании)
