Subject: юристы помогите пожалуйста! Очень надеюсь на вашу помощь, пропадаю. Необходим грамотный перевод.1)В случае увеличения количества оказанных услуг, Заказчик обязуется произвести дополнительную оплату, на основании акта сверки. Исполнитель не несет ответственности за изменение количества оказанных услуг, в случае их уменьшения по вине Заказчика. 2)В случае отказа исполнителя от принятых обязательств, исполнитель обязуется возвратить Заказчику всю полученную по договору сумму в течении 120 дней с момента получения предоплаты. Очень надею на помощь! |

я бы выложил, но вы угадали куча мала какая-то. если честно сталкиваюсь с этим впервые.и мне действительно сложно. помогите если можете. |

1) If a larger amount of services is required to be provided Customer shall make payment supplemental to the agreed amount based on the recompilation report. Contractor shall not be liable for altered/amended amount of services provided should Customer choose to reduce it. 2) Should Contractor decide to waive its obligations assumed hereunder Contractor shall pay back to Customer the entire amount incurred hereunder within 120 days of the prepayment date. |

мое имхо 1) If the amount of services rendered [by the Contractor] hereunder is greater [than that contemplated/provided hereby], the Customer shall make an additional payment based on the reconciliation report. The Contractor shall not be liable for any reduction in the amount of services through the fault of the Customer. 2) If the Contractor fails to perform [any of] its obligations hereunder, the Contractor shall return to the Customer the entire amount [of the fees] received by it hereunder within 120 days of receipt of the prepayment/advance payment. |

что и требовалось доказать - аскера удовлетворил "довольно вольный" перевод без грамматических ошибок (сиречь "грамотный"). а лоера такой перевод не удовлетворит - особливо в суде :( waive its obligations = всем, кому должен, прощаю :) |
