Subject: The tribunal will have the power to order on a provisional basis any relief which it would have the power to grant in a final award. law 1 Arbitration1.2 The seat of the arbitration will be London. 1.3 The language of the arbitration will be English, and the dispute determined in accordance with English law. 1.4 All procedural and evidential matters will be as agreed between the parties or, in default of agreement, as determined by the tribunal. 1.5 The tribunal will have the power to order on a provisional basis any relief which it would have the power to grant in a final award. 1.6 Where the same tribunal as is appointed under these provisions is also appointed in any other arbitration concerned wholly or in part with the same subject matter arising under related contracts and/or which appears to raise a common issue of fact or law, whether or not involving identical parties in each case, the tribunal may, with the consent of all of the parties in each arbitration, order that such two or more arbitrations, or any specific claims or issues arising therein, will be consolidated or heard concurrently. |

так как речь идет об арбитраже, то осмелюсь предположить следующее: Арбитраж будет иметь право/уполномочен временно /на временной основе удовлетворить требование/ предоставит средство судебной защиты, которое арбитраж имел бы право предоставить, при вынесении окончательного судебного решения. примерно так нарвное |
