1.1 Shell and Core Finishing

It has been assumed that the complex will be finished till “shell & core” condition. The areas have been identified below.

 Core Areas, to be fully finished/completed:

The following areas and premises / parts of the complex have been considered as “core areas” which will be partially completed without finishing works. The scope of works for these premises have been described below.
- common circulation areas but limited with staircases, common toilets,
- administrative/operation offices,
- technical premises, utility rooms,

 Shell Areas:

The following areas and premises / parts of the complex have been considered as “shell” and will be partially completed. The final finishing, decoration works will be executed by the tenants within the scope of “fit-out” works. The scope of works have been described below.
- Lobbies, lift halls and main corridors
- Retail tenants (such as shops, anchor tenants, retail spaces, gaming halls),
- Public square, Concourses, Mall Concourses
- Summer garden
- fast-foods, restaurants / cafe tenants,
- multiplex cinema complex
Detailed description of the finishing of these shell areas are described in the drawings in Appendix No.1B_Detailed Drawings for Shell Area

Core взяли как «ядро», а вот с shell проблемка – периферия? скорлупа? чето ума не приложу.
